Offices let at Vantage House, London SW1

LaSalle Investment Management has let offices at Vantage House, 1 Weir Road Wimbledon Park, to United Response.

The charity has taken the 10,000 sq ft office on the second floor on a 10 year lease.

Relocating from central Putney the move allowed the charity to benefit from a single floor with superb natural light and extensive parking.

Paul Dixon of United Response commented: “Thank you for all your help in getting us into Vantage House. We appear to have settled in well and are now enjoying a much improved working environment.”

A further 5,500sq ft on the first floor has been let to Easy Offices who will be operating a serviced office centre from the property.

Further suites from 1,600 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft are available on competitive terms at a guide rent of £12.50/sq ft. Landlord’s agents are Jones Lang LaSalle, Hanover Green and Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell.
