Aberdeen Standard Investments have sold the freehold interest in One Eton Street, Richmond. The multi-let property was let to Whole Foods on the ground and basement floors and a mixture of tenants in the offices above including British American Tobacco. The 48,300 sq ft building had a WAULT of 8.29 years and offered BREEAM Excellent accommodation and a rent roll of £1,994,000pa. Europa Capital purchased the asset for £34,500,000 which represented a NIY of 5.4% and a capital value of £714psf.
