Open day for Sygnus Court, Maidenhead office building

Hanover Green recently held an agents’ open day at Sygnus Court, Market Street, Maidenhead to mark the completion of the refurbishment of the building by clients PRUPIM.

With a lack of new office development in the Berkshire town, any new space coming on to the market generates considerable interest and this was no exception with 50 local and London agents attending the event.

Prupim has made a fabulous job of refurbing the 21,559 sq ft office buiilding, which is located in the heart of the town centre and has an excellent car parking ratio with 78 secure on-site spaces.

The agents are seeking a single tenant. for the space and are quoting a rent of £28.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
