    Started his career at restaurant and leisure specialists Bruce Gillingham Pollard in 2015, becoming an Associate Director and working on key London Landlord Estates including, Heddon Street for The Crown Estate, Television Centre and White City Place for Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope, Land Securities Central London Portfolio and Brixton Market for Angelo Gordon and Hondo Enterprises. Joined Hanover Green Retail as Head of Food and Beverage in 2020.

    Development / Leasing – Heddon Street, The Crown Estate, W1
    Retained by The Crown Estate to provide advice on their restaurant and leisure holding on Heddon Street, with a focus on delivering strong independent restaurants and leisure operators to further boost the streets reputation as a F&B destination in the West End.

    Development / Leasing – Brixton Market, Hondo Enterprises, SW9
    Retained by Hondo Enterprises to provide strategic advice and enable the repositioning of Brixton Market, following the purchase by Hondo Enterprises and Angelo Gordon in 2018/19.

    Development / Leasing – Central London Portfolio, Land Securities, SW1
    Retained by Land Securities across their Central London Portfolio, including developments Nova (Victoria), New Street Square (City of London) and Ludgate Hill (City of London), to deliver exciting new restaurant and leisure operators across their ownership.

    Development / Leasing – Television Centre and White City Place, W12
    Retained by Mistui Fudosan and Stanhope Plc on the regeneration of Television Centre and White City Place campus, including key strategic input and key lettings including Kricket, Bluebird Café, Homselice and Patty and Bun.

    Development / Leasing – Principal Place, Brookfield, EC2
    Retained by Brookfield on the Principal Place development in Liverpool Street/Shoreditch area.
