    Retained by Astrea Asset Management across their London holdings. This includes The Berkeley Square Estate, Bond Street, Sloane Street, Oxford Street and Brompton Road. Key lettings include Veronica Beard and Alice & Olivia on Bruton Street.

    Retained by The Bedford Estates, advising on their retail strategy. Key lettings include Mayfair Hospitality Group, Anna Tobias Café Deco and Iris Avenue.
