    Disposal – Windsor One & Two, Windsor
    Advised BA Pension Fund and Canmoor on the disposal of a 60,000 sq ft self-contained building to Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) and a 30,000 sq ft multi-let building to NetApp, Neilson Financial and Area helping to set new record headline rents for the Thames Valley.

    Disposal - The Urban Building, Slough
    Advised Abrdn on the letting strategy and disposal of various suites to occupiers such as Logicalis and Fujitsu.

    Occupational Strategy - Hive 2, Theale, Reading
    Advised Cornerstone Telecommunications on their occupational strategy regarding their 20,000 sq ft head office in Reading.

    Acquisition / Lease Regear - Horizon, Hurley, Maidenhead
    Advised Jacobs Douwe Egberts on their occupational strategy and subsequent lease regear.

    Refurbishment / Letting - 217 Bath Road, Slough
    Advised EPIC on the redesign / refurbishment, rebranding and letting of an 80,000 sq ft building previously home to Orange.

    Disposal - 245 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith
    Advised Legal & General and Mitsubishi Estate on the letting strategy and disposal of a new 242,000 sq ft development in central Hammersmith.

    Occupational Strategy - Reassured
    Advised Reassured on their occupational strategy regarding multiple office locations across the South East including their 50,000 sq ft headquarters in Basingstoke.
