    Over 25 years' experience in the property industry largely in London and the South East. Mainly advising on the letting/sale and acquisition of office and industrial accommodation on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Also providing development and investment advice on new build and refurbishment opportunities.

  • Career History

    Started in 1988 at Sinclair Goldsmith and following a merger with Conrad Ritblat became a director of the South East office and industrial agency team. Joined Hodnett Martin Smith in 1998. Following the sale of the company to DTZ in 2005 was a director in their business space team before leaving to jointly set up Hanover Green in 2009. Former chairman of the Office Agents Society.

    Advised XLB and Moorfields on the refurbishment and letting totalling 60,000 sq ft.

    New Development/Letting - 1 Eton Street, Richmond
    Advised Standard Life on the redevelopment to create new retail and office accommodation totalling 30,000 sq ft. Instructed as letting agent.

    Refurbishment/Letting - Verulam Point, St Albans
    Advised Rockspring on the refurbishment and letting of 45,000 sq ft.

    Acquisition - Leatherhead
    Advised Learning Tree International on their acquisition of a new head office and warehouse facility totalling 25,000 sq ft in Leatherhead.

    Purchase/Refurbishment/Letting - The Phoenix Brewery, London W10
    Advised Cube Real Estate on the purchase, refurbishment, letting and sale to provide accommodation for creative and media companies totalling 30,000 sq ft.

    Refurbishment/Letting - Olympic Office Centre, Wembley
    Advised Invista Investment Managers on the refurbishment and letting to various tenants totalling 80,000 sq ft.

    Letting – 200 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith
    Advised BP Pension Fund on asset management and letting of 70,000 sq ft building.
