    Advising on 1 Cathedral Street and 1 Bedale Street for Borough Market.  As London's oldest food market, it has extraordinary heritage which is an important part of its appeal.

    Retained by Argent on the entire 67 acre redevelopment of King's Cross including the 100,000 sq ft Thomas Heatherwick designed Coal Drops Yard.
