    Started at Alexander Reece Thomson in 2014 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, before moving to Reesa Ltd in 2017. Joined Hanover Green in 2019 as a Senior Surveyor in the central London office agency team and promoted to an Associate in 2022.

    Disposal – 78 Duke Street, Mayfair W1

    On behalf of the the Grosvenor Estate, the letting of brand new Cat A+ best in class office accommodation to tenants in the financial and technology sectors. The whole building was let within a short marketing campaign.

    Disposal – 7-10 Beaumont Mews, Marylebone W1

    Letting a comprehensively refurbished mews building on behalf of The Howard de Walden Estate of c.7,000 sq ft to a global investment company.

    Disposal – The Valentine Estate, SE1

    Letting a range of new build/converted warehouse Grade A offices on behalf of Launcelot, with average floor plates ranging from 2,000-4,000 sq ft.

    Disposal – 1 West Smithfield, EC1

    The letting of comprehensively refurbished and fully fitted (Cat A+) office floors on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle.

    Acquisition – Sackville House, Mayfair W1

    Advised a technology company on the acquisition of a fully fitted office floor in the heart of the Mayfair.

    Acquisition – Harella House, Farringdon EC1

    Advised a global fashion company in the acquisition of c.10,000 sq ft of Grade A offices within a converted factory.

    Acquisition – Longbow House, Moorgate EC1

    Advised a serviced office provider on the acquisition of two floors totalling c.12,000 sq. ft.

    Acquisition – 147 Oxford Street, W1

    Advised a medical client on the acquisition of four floors for their new HQ, who have since expanded their operations.
