    Over 14 years’ experience in the property industry, primarily advising on the letting, asset management, sale and acquisition of offices in the West End acting on behalf of landlords and tenants. Also providing development and investment advice on new build and refurbishment opportunities.

    Started at WA Ellis in 2004 before moving to Strutt & Parker in 2005 becoming a partner in their agency team in 2011. Moved to BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2015 as a director in the West End agency team before joining Hanover Green as a Partner in the central London agency team in 2018.

    Leased 100,000 sq ft on behalf of Audley Property Management on a short term basis prior to securing Vacant Possession to enable the redevelopment of these two buildings

    Advised Green Gem Ltd on the pre-letting of this self contained 30,000 sq ft building
    Acquisition – Norfolk House, SW1
    Advised Starling Bank with their property strategy acquiring 15,000 sq ft over two floors within the building.
    Disposal – 7-10 Chandos Street, W1
    Advised on the investment sale and the subsequent lettings on behalf of The Howard de Walden
    Disposal – The Point, Paddington, W2
    Advised on the refurbishment and subsequent letting of 120,000 sq ft on behalf of WELPUT. The letting went on to win West End Deal of the Year at the CoStar Awards
    Acquisition – 35 Dover Street, W1
    Advised Tigris LLP on their acquisition of 2 floors within the building
