    Over 15 years’ experience in the national investment market, predominately covering the office sector and specialising in long lease income properties across all sectors. Acting on behalf of institutional investors, private property companies, REIT’s and HNW individuals on the sale and acquisition of properties.

  • Career History

    Started in 2000 at Matthews & Goodman before moving to DTZ in 2005 in the business space investment team before progressing to the FSA-regulated corporate finance team in 2007. In 2011 returned to the national investment team before joining Hanover Green in 2013 to establish a national investment department and becoming a principal of the practice in 2015.

    Advised Aviva Investors on the disposal of a 29,500 sq ft vacant office for £6.25 million.

    Disposal – One Eton Street, Richmond
    Advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the disposal of a multi-let office/retail investment for £34.5 million.

    Acquisition – VW Financial Service HQ, Milton Keynes
    Advised a Local Authority on the acquisition of a c.101,000 sq ft HQ office let to VW Financial Services Ltd for c.£51 million.

    Acquisition – Strata, Staines-upon-Thames
    Advised M&G on the acquisition of a multi-let 89,000 sq ft HQ office investment for c.£46 million.

    Disposal - 227 Shepherds Bush Road, Hammersmith W6
    Advised Aviva Investors on the disposal of a c.13,000 sq ft multi-let office investment for c.£9.75 million.

    Acquisition - The Blade, Reading
    Advised Northwood Investors in acquiring a 110,000 sq ft multi-let office investment in Central Reading for c.£40 million.

    Disposal - Widewater Place, Denham
    Advised a Private Investor on an off market sale of a 116,000 sq ft office park for c.£33 million.

    Disposal - Chorus Building, Wimbledon
    Advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on a bespoke marketing campaign to sell a mixed investment with c.42,500 sq ft of office accommodation, 85 flats and a ground floor supermarket for c.£30 million.

    Acquisition – Downing Plaza, Newcastle
    Advised Aviva investors in acquiring a £65 million investment let to Newcastle University on a long term lease and subject to annual inflation linked rental increases.

    Acquisition – Queens Road, Winchester
    Advised Legal & General Investment Management on a student accommodation building let to Winchester University on a long term lease subject to RPI linked rent reviews for £33 million.

    Acquisition – Old Jewry, London EC2
    Advised Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund on the off market acquisition of a multi let office building subject to a short unexpired long leasehold interest. Acquired for c.£20 million.

    Acquisition – Odyssey Business Park, South Ruislip
    Advised LaSalle Investment Management on the off market purchase of a 140,000 sq ft business park located in west London and let to tenants including BBC, NEC, Pioneer and Yakult for £36.5 million.
