    15 years’ experience in the central London retail and leisure market, providing advice to major landlords and retailers on lease advisory matters.

    Specialising in rent review and lease renewal negotiations, expert witness in arbitration and independent expert. Advising on leasing strategy including restructuring, lease surrender negotiations, disputes and dilapidations.

    Started in 2002 at Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell before moving to GVA Grimley and then Cushman & Wakefield becoming a partner in the central London retail team. Moved to JLL as a senior director in the central London team in 2013 before co-founding Hanover Green Retail in 2016.
