    Over 30 years’ experience in central London retail advising some of London’s most significant landlords together with national and international tenants on leasing strategy including rent reviews, lease renewals and restructuring, lease surrender negotiations and disputes.

  • Career History

    Started at Hillier Parker in 1985 eventually becoming head of their central London retail team in 1993. Left in 2000 to join CWM to lead their professional division and in 2007 joined Churston Heard who subsequently merged with JLL. Became head of their central London retail lease advisory team. Co-founded Hanover Green Retail in 2016.

    Retained by Astrea Asset Management across their London holdings.  This includes The Berkeley Square Estate, Bond Street, Oxford Street and Brompton Road.

    Retained by Tribeca Holdings on their Brompton Cross Estate on all lease advisory matters.  Advised on the refurbishment and leasing of 431-451 Oxford Street.  Tenants include TAG, & Other Stories, Dyson, Omega, Watches of Switzerland and Ecco.  Also advising on Tribeca's numerous Bond Street holdings.
