    Over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, primarily advising on the letting, sale and acquisition of offices, acting on behalf of landlords and tenants. Also providing development and investment advice on new build and refurbishment opportunities.

    Started at Strutt & Parker in 2003 becoming a partner in their agency team in 2010. Moved to DTZ in 2012 as a director in the central London office agency department before joining Hanover Green as a partner in the central London agency team in 2014.

    Acquisition – 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1
    Advised World Remit on their property strategy helping to secure their new 25,000 sq ft headquarters in central Victoria.

    Disposal – 202 Hammersmith Road, W6
    Advised Aberdeen Standard on the refurbishment and marketing, resulting in the leasing of 16,000 sq ft to Victoria Beckham.

    Acquisition – 5 Stratton Street, W1
    Advised Park Square Capital on the acquisition of their 12,000 sq ft London head office.

    Disposal – 95 Southwark Street, SE1
    Advised Standard Life Investors on the refurbishment and letting of 17,500 sq ft warehouse style office.

    Refurbishment/Sale – 68 Hammersmith Road, W14
    Advised Stockland on design development and then their marketing campaign culminating in the sale of 120,000 sq ft to Harrods for their headquarters.
