    Over 30 years’ experience in central London office agency. Predominately acting on behalf of landlords in marketing and disposing of office buildings. Actively involved with the design and specification of new and refurbished office schemes.

  • Career History

    Started in 1989 working for Kitson Commercial before joining Feiner de Smith’s office agency team in 1993. Started the West End office agency department at Thomas Davidson & Partners in 1999 becoming an equity partner in 2004. Jointly founded Hanover Green in September 2009.

    Disposal - 10 Stratton Street, W1
    Advised Joint Treasure on the redevelopment of 42,000 sq ft. Currently letting the property.

    Disposal - Ampersand, Wardour Street, W1
    Advised Resolution / Peterson on the redevelopment of 64,000 sq ft of offices and letting to King.com.

    Acquisition/Refurbishment/Letting & Lease Renewal - 28-32 Lexington Street, W1
    Purchased on behalf of Royal London Asset Management, advised on the refurbishment of the property and leased the building to Technicolor.  Subsequently agreed a new lease.

    Acquisition - Savoy Court, WC2
    Advised Liontrust Asset Management PLC on acquiring new headquarters of 11,000 sq ft.

    Acquisition - Grays Inn Road, WC1
    Advised Booking Bug in acquiring 10,000 sq ft of offices.

    Disposal - 13-15 Rathbone Street, W1
    Advised on the sale of an attractive 11,000 sq ft office building on behalf of a family owned property company.

    Disposal - 1 Bedford Street, WC2
    Advised Legal & General in the letting of 9,000 sq ft of offices.  One of the first lettings carried out in the West End to a CAT A plus spec.  Including fixed dilapidations.

    Lease Renewal – 78 Brook Street W1
    Advised La Francaise on the renewal of their existing lease on approx. 3,000 sq ft.
