Cleopatra Maker, managed by Cube Real Estate has let 70% of the office accommodation at Phoenix Brewery, Bramley Road, London W10. Tenants now include BMG Chrysalis, Live Nation Merchandise, Pink Lining, Charlotte Olympia, Clearpoint Media and Retouch and Digital. Rents have ranged from £26 to £29.50 per sq ft for the offices, which are five minutes walk away from Westfield shopping centre and situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. There is approximately 8000 sq ft still available within the 28,000 sq ft building Jonny Lawes at Cube commented: ‘’The contemporary offices retain the building’s original character which has proved popular with companies seeking an unusual and inspiring space’’.
