TCN has secured Soho House’s Chicken Shop restaurant brand for its £22m Piano House Scheme on Brighton Terrace in Brixton, SW9.
The brand has taken a 20 year lease on the 3,089 sqft basement of the building. Piano House is a Victorian warehouse conversion due to complete in August. With letting agent Hanover Green, TCN has also secured three office tenants for the now fully let 40,000 sqft development where rents are £47.50 psf. New tenants include adventure travel company Intrepid Group, architectural practice Martha Schwartz Partners and technology company Beauhurst all taking 10 year leases.

Once the refurbishment is complete, the end result will be a vibrant, mixed-use innovative cluster, combining workspace and leisure facilities for the creative and media industries”
