F&C Commercial Property Holdings represented by BMO Real Estate Partners has secured a new ten-year lease with Quortus at Building A, Watchmoor Park in Camberley. Quortus is paying a rent of £18.50 per sq ft.
The 7,520 sq ft office is located on the second floor of Building A within Watchmoor Park, which is located half a mile from J4 of the M3. A further 14,604 sq ft of office space is still available in Building A in two self-contained floors.

Quortus is relocating to Camberley from Guildford.
