Hanover Green advised Beltane Asset Management on the recent letting to K2 Corporate Mobility at 255 High Street.
The top floor suite extends to 7,464 sq ft and benefits from around 700 sq ft of newly created terrace space.
K2 has taken a new 10 year lease at a rent of £36.50 per sq ft, setting a new record for Guildford office space.
Circa 34,000 sq ft remains available over first to fourth floors.
