Regus and Asurion sign at Vantage London

Hanover Green have secured 30,000 sq ft of lettings in two deals at the 117,000 sq ft Vantage London, near Chiswick for Columbia Threadneedle.

The lettings to serviced offices group Regus and to insurer Asurion mean there is 25,000 sq ft left to lease at the building.

Regus has signed for 17,000 sq ft across the fifth and sixth floors on a 10-year lease while Asurion has taken 13,000 sq ft on the third and part of the fourth floor.
