Samsung choose Kings Cross for digital concept store

Hanover Green Retail has advised Argent on the letting of 20,000 sq ft to Samsung at Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross.
The Kings Cross store will be the first of its kind in Europe, focusing on experience, catering for the captive audience of tech savvy consumers from tech firms such as Google as well as students from Central Saint Martins college.
Coal Drops Yard provides 65 units over 100,000sq ft, set among former Victorian coal stores re-designed by Thomas Heatherwick and is due to open in October 2018.
