Simon Beckett joins Hanover Green as a Principal

Simon will work alongside fellow Principal, Simon Hall, on central London investment and development, bringing combined experience of over 60years in the property market.

Previously head of West End Capital Markets at JLL, Simon’s deals include advising Aberdeen Standard on the sale of 105 Wigmore Street to Selfridges for around £130m, the sale of 20 Manchester Square to Invesco for more than £70m and advising Ballymore on its pre-let strategy for its One Embassy Gardens Scheme in Nine Elms.
