SLIPIT lands WPP subsidiary in Epsom

The Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust (SLIPIT) has leased a floor of the Kirkgate office building in Epsom to Kantar TNS, ahead of a refurbishment.
Kantar TNS, a market research firm, part of the WPP Group and has taken the 5,919 sq ft third floor.
SLIPT has owned Kirkgate since December 2015 and is planning to modernise the 26,520 sq ft offices over four floors.
Office floors will range from 4,412 to 20,611 sq ft.
Jason Baggaley, fund manger of SLIPIT, said: “The major refurbishment of Kirkgate will provide attractive, high quality offices with modern lifestyle amenities for businesses in Epsom, within easy reach of London. The initial letting to Kantar TNS has enabled us to make a start on the project.”
Morgan Lovell will carry out the refurbishment; Hanover Green and BNP Paribas Real Estate have been appointed as letting agents. James Andrew International advised WPP.
