Sold: Aurora, 71-75 Uxbridge Road, Ealing

Another great investment deal complete, this time the sale of Aurora in Ealing – a prime multi-let office, sold on behalf of a UK pension fund client.

The 51,795 sq ft freehold property, prominently positioned in the heart of the town and benefitting from Elizabeth Line connectivity, was acquired by a private overseas investor.
