With a further £175 million of investment deals in the last quarter of 2012 split evenly between acquisitions and sales, the Hanover Green Investment team led by Simon Hall and Peter Trinder has now concluded over £740 million of deals since inception in September 2009.

We are delighted to have acted for a wide range of clients ranging from private individuals, property companies and the specialist and more traditional fund investors based both in the UK and abroad.

We take great pride in the service we offer with all of our clients remaining bigger fish in a smaller pond. We don’t delegate to inexperienced staff but we do have in house support teams. We believe, because we are told, that this personal service, even on the smallest deal which is still important to our client, remains highly valued in our industry and we like to think that this also gets the best results.
