All three floors providing a total of 9,128 sq ft at 1 Bedford Street, Covent Garden have been let.

The building was substantially refurbished providing sophisticated and contemporary space with an added layer of tenant fit out targeting occupiers seeking something more grown up than life in a co-working or serviced building.

Confluent Europe Ltd and Future Finance Ltd are the new tenants for the building, both having agreed five year terms with a tenant’s option to determine at the third year.
