GE Capital Real Estate, represented by Hanover Green, has let 8,300 sq ft of its Westgate office building in Hanger Lane, London W5 to International Cocoa.
The tenant has taken a newly created office suite on Level 5 on a 10 year lease and will pay a rent of £15.50 per sq ft.
Westgate is a well located office building on the Hanger Lane/A40 gyratory and provides modern air conditioned office accommodation in suites from 2,000 sq ft up to entire floors of 21,606 sq ft.
