Major West End Office Sale Completes: 20 Manchester Square, Marylebone

We’ve just completed the c.£120m sale of 20 Manchester Square to a new player in London’s office investment market — a joint venture between Aware Super, one of Australia’s largest pension funds, and UK property group Delancey.

The deal represents the debut UK office investment for Aware Super.

This recently refurbished and extended landmark Marylebone office property will become the new London headquarters for Lazard – which signed a 15-year lease with no breaks, marking a significant vote of confidence in the West End office market.
