Terms agreed for new lease to Newport Industries at Spencer House, Richmond TW9

Acting on behalf of Threadneedle Property Investments, Hanover Green secured terms for lease renewal on part 2nd floor at Spencer House.

Terms agreed reflect £48.50 per sq ft on the basis of a 5 years lease with Tenant Break at 3rd year.
