UBS Global Asset Management UK Ltd, advised by Hanover Green, has let office space at Knollys House in Croydon to The Body Shop International Plc.
The beauty products, make-up and skincare brand has agreed to a new seven-year lease on the seventh to tenth floors of the twelve storey building for office space totalling 25,873 sq ft. The Body Shop will pay £24.50 per sq ft, a top rent for the Croydon office market.
Ed Brown, Director of Global Real Estate at UBS, comments: “This is a highly significant letting for Croydon as The Body Shop are one of the first of a growing list of occupiers looking to relocate to the town, attracted by the major regeneration underway including the new Westfield Shopping Centre, Boxpark, Ruskin Square and multiple residential schemes.
