The Farm Agrees Deal With Westminster

Television production company The Farm, advised by Hanover Green, has agreed to occupy space owned by Westminster Council on Marshall Street in London’s West End.
Hanover Green has advised on the letting by Westminster Council to The Farm, which will occupy 12,335 sq ft on the first and second floors of William Blake House at 8 Marshall Street, close to Regent Street. The tenant has signed a 15-year lease with a rent review every five years and a tenant-only break clause at year ten.
