Following the successful letting of the 2nd and 3rd floors to Fieldglass Inc the newly developed award winning building is now 85% let.
One Valentine Place is a newly built 24,000 sq ft office building providing excellent levels of natural light with full glazing and 2.9m floor to ceiling height. The contemporary finishes including exposed polished concrete walls resulted in the building winning the office category of the New London Architectural Office Building 2013.
The building was completed in April and other occupiers include Seco Global, Tim Flynn Architects and Elementa Consulting Ltd.
