Tower House goes Nuclear

The last remaining floor at Tower House Southampton Street, WC2 has been let to World Nuclear Association on a new 10 year lease. The 5th floor space has recently been refurbished to provide some 5,745 sq ft of Grade A office accomodation.

This followed the letting of the 7th and 8th floors to Global Personal at a record Covent Garden rent of £70 psf. The building is now fully let.
