We’ve secured another 10,000 sq ft of new lettings at Mosaic East, for our client Feldberg Capital’s Akoya, with three office occupiers signing new leases at the building, alongside a new onsite Urban Baristas coffee shop and café.

This occupier list includes:

🔸Pearson Professional Assessments, the education provider
🔸National Fostering Group, the UK’s largest independent fostering group

The recent repositioning has delivered the sustainability credentials and amenities modern occupiers expect, including 100% electric buildings, WiredScore Gold and EPC B ratings.
