Three tenants have signed for circa 20,000 sq ft of offices at the Vantage building in Brentford.
Pole to Win has signed for 11,000 sq ft, Navex has signed for 4,500 sq ft while Metropolis has taken 4,000 sq ft. The tenants have taken 10 year terms paying rents of up to £27.50 per sq ft. There is 55,000 sq ft left at the building, which is owned by clients of Columbia Threadneedle.
Tenants at the building include Agfa, Cineworld, GL Assessments and Jordanian Airways.
Hanover Green advise the landlord on leasing.
