UK hedge fund takes space in Covent Garden

Robert Walters has secured a subletting to a UK hedge fund manager, Altima Partners LLP, at its development St Martin’s Courtyard in the heart of London’s Covent Garden.

It has agreed a sublease at 11 Slingsby Place, WC2 in its St Martin’s Courtyard scheme by existing tenant, recruitment agency Robert Walters, to Altima Partners LLP.

Altima will occupy 2,878 sq ft on the second floor of the office and retail scheme, which is between St Martin’s Lane and Long Acre in Covent Garden. Altima will pay £53/sq ft on a five-year lease with three months rent-free.

The redevelopment of St Martin’s Courtyard was completed in 2010, and its retail units have attracted fashion brands including Banana Republic, Joules and The White Company.
