Unite sells Covent Garden building to CapCo

Unite the Union has moved out of 35 King Street, WC2 and and sold the building to Capital & Counties The freehold of 35 King Street has been acquired by Capital & Counties. The 17,500 sq ft office building was acquired by Amicus in 2002 and eventually became surplus to requirements following the merger of Amicus and the T & G W Union to form Unite. The property was acquired before being openly marketed and represents a change of use opportunity to the owners of the Covent Garden Estate. Hanover Green acted on the purchase.
