Up to 50,000 sq ft to let at Dorking Business Park

Following the acquisition of Dorking Business Park, Surrey, by AEW UK, Hanover Green have been instructed to let the vacant accommodation. The established park totals 131,744 sq ft comprising some 7 detached office buildings and 6 high quality business units, with over 400 on site parking spaces.

Two office buildings of 30,778 sq ft and 7,066 sq ft are to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment creating premium Grade A office accommodation. The remaining 16,769 sq ft of void office accommodation has recently been refurbished and is available to let.

Hanover Green are advising AEW UK on the marketing and leasing of the vacant space.
