Cineworld has been secured for its new UK headquarters alongside a private cinema auditorium at Vantage London, the landmark complex in Brentford, West London.
Market sources said Cineworld has agreed to take approximately 18,000 sq ft on the ground, 8th and 9th floors for its new UK head office and private cinema auditorium, on a 10 year lease.
It is understood to be paying close to the quoting rent of £27.50 per sq ft.
Cineworld will join existing tenant Agfa Films at Vantage London, a 12 storey, grade A office building totalling 117,263 sq ft.
The prominent headquarters building on the Chiswick flyover, just off Junction 1 of the M4, has been undergoing a major refurbishment to provide high specification offices due for completion this summer.
The refurbishment also included the addition of a 24/7 gymnasium, a restaurant/café and break out facilities on the ground floor. The restaurant will open in September. The landlord is providing a shuttle bus service to and from nearby Gunnersbury tube station.
