Victoria Beckham moves HQ to Hammersmith

Victoria Beckham has signed a deal to take 15,000 sq ft of office space at 202 Hammersmith Road and will pay a rent of £58.50/sq ft on a 10-year lease.

The deal means that 202 Hammersmith Road, which has recently been refurbished, will be fully let to the luxury fashion label.

Hanover Green acted for Aberdeen Standard the owners of 202 Hammersmith Road.
