Wireless connects with Horizon

Commercial Estates Group (CEG) has let 11,170 sq ft at its Horizon office building in Hurley, near Maidenhead to Wireless Logic.
Wireless Logic, the M2M Managed Services provider, is relocating from Beaconsfield and has agreed a new 10 year lease with a 5th year tenant break on part of the 2nd floor at a rent of £25 per sq ft.
The letting follows the previous occupier GEO Group surrendering its lease back to the landlord.
