Work starts on new office building in Kingston upon Thames

Hanover Green are advising Quantum Pension Scheme on the new 39,225 sq ft high spec office development, The Smith, at 145 London Road.
The building is the only new office development in the borough and will be scheduled for completion in early 2021.
The accommodation is designed to provide a modern working environment, with wellness and productivity at the forefront.
Features include a contemporary reception area with coffee lounge and raised level space for breakout or informal meetings. The building will also benefit from 60 secure cycle storage spaces, 50 parking spaces and 10 electric charging points as well as showers and lockers for staff.
