Hanover Green advised, LaSalle Investment Management on lease extension on Yakult’s 4,500 sq ft office until February 2026.

LaSalle has recently invested in a newly refurbished on-site Olympus Café and employed a community manager to offer a health and wellbeing programme, with benefits including running clubs to circuit training and BBQs.
Odyssey Business Park consists of four office buildings totalling 140,000 sq ft and as well as ample on-site car parking, is adjacent to South Ruislip Station (Central Line & Mainline services to Marylebone). It is home to companies from a wide range of sectors, including NEC, BBC, Pioneer DJ, Milpharm Hornbill and Selecta, among others.
