Zather to open at 30 Foubert’s Place, Carnaby

Hanover Green Retail were appointed by Shaftesbury to dispose of 30 Foubert’s Place in Carnaby and secured a new lease to Esra Muslu, a star of Istanbul’s dining scene.

Esra Muslu, former executive chef at Soho House Istanbul and head chef for Ottolenghi in Spitalfields plans to open in the New Year.

Zahter will join an established mix of operators within the Carnaby Estate.
