Congratulations to E-PULSIVE on the opening of their new London studio – it looks stunning!

E-Pulsive offers 20-minute personal training sessions that harness the power of Electrical Muscle Stimulation, or EMS for short. It’s a relatively new way to work out without having to spend hours a week in the gym. EMS works by sending low-frequency electric impulses to manually contract your muscle fibres while you exercise, increasing the intensity of your workout.
