Junk Burger opens in Spitalfields Market.

Big news for East London food lovers 🍔

JUNK BURGER, the Parisian smash burger brand that’s been quietly taking over London, is opening its third London location inside Old Spitalfields Market.

After launching in Soho and Marylebone, the brand, founded in Paris in 2021, is planting its first flag in East London.

Junk is all about simplicity done exceptionally well. Smashed beef patties, a signature truffle burger, panko fried chicken bites, and no unnecessary extras will all be joining the already exceptional F&B lineup within the market.

They are also catering for the ‘sweet tooth’, with their sister brand, Puffy opening a standalone café within the same site. Signature NYC style cookies will be freshly baked on site.

Junk Burger joins an already strong line-up of F&B operators at Old Spitalfields Market, including Holy Carrot, Kerb Social Club, Crunch, Humble Crumble and Dumpling Shack among many others.
