Apple and Cisco sign for best-in-class St Albans office space

Attracting two global tech giants to take space in one of St Albans’ leading office properties – we’ve secured deals with Apple and Cisco to relocate to 45 Grosvenor Road.

Apple has signed to take 14,373 sq ft on the ground floor, while Cisco has taken 14,958 sq ft on the first floor – making this leading Grade A and EPC A office property, now fully let.

Hanover Green’s James Shillabeer and David Cuthbert advised the landlord, London & Hertfordshire on the deals, alongside joint agent Bray Fox Smith. Cushman & Wakefield acted for Apple, and JLL for Cisco.
