Sale complete: Lush UK headquarters, 65-71 Beak Street, W1

Acting on behalf of the vendor, Hanover Green’s Simon Hall has completed the sale of a trio of Soho properties, that comprise cosmetic brand Lush’s UK headquarters, to Global Holdings Management Group.

The prime, mixed-use buildings total 11,842 sq ft of striking warehouse-style office, retail and residential space, including a private roof-top terrace with views across the West End.
