Fragrance firm signs up at Richmond’s Peregrine House

Fragrance distributor Orange Square is moving its staff to Peregrine House in Richmond after signing up for two floors in the office block.
The family-owned group, which is currently based at Shearwater House in Richmond, has taken 4,011 sq ft of office space paying £45 psf at Peregrine House, 26-28 Paradise Road on a 10-year lease at £180,500 per annum with a five-year break clause. Cluttons asset manage the property for retained clients and employed Hanover Green on the letting agency.
Orange Square sells niche perfume brands such as Creed and Maison Francis Kurkdjian into some of the UK’s top stores including Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Fortnum & Mason.
