Alice Thornton and Chris Shepheard – Walwyn join Hanover Green

Hanover Green has recruited Alice Thornton from BNP Paribas to boost its central and suburban London office agency team. Alice is joining the firm as an associate and will advise on a number of significant disposals, acquisitions, redevelopment and leasing projects in central London.

Sarah Porter, joint head of central London agency commented: “Alice has significant experience in the London office market is a hard working, team player and will be a real asset to the team.”

Alice qualified as a member of the RICS in 2013 and has been involved in the disposal of Noho WC1; the redevelopment and leasing of 15,000 sq ft at 35 Alfred Place, WC1; Bulgari’s acquisition of 4,500 sq ft at 86 Duke of York Square, Chelsea; and the refurbishment and leasing of 7,000 sq ft in Soho for DTZIM.

Hanover Green has also appointed Christopher Shepheard-Walwyn as a graduate within the investment and L&T teams. Christopher graduated with a first class honours degree from the University of Bath in 2014 and completed a RICS accredited MSc in Real Estate at Henley Business School, University of Reading this Summer.
